Ways to work together.

Whether you're navigating your first year as a manager, leading a team in transition, or building a leadership culture across your organization, there are several paths into this work. Each one is designed to be practical, grounded, and directly applicable to what you're actually facing.

Each engagement is built around your specific context, the challenges you're facing, the people you're leading, and the outcomes that matter most.

02

Team & Group Programs

Structured cohort programs where 6 to 12 managers move through the Grounded Approach together. Peer perspective is as valuable as the curriculum itself.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Before anything is scheduled, we talk. I want to understand your situation, your goals, and whether the work I'm doing is the right fit for what you're facing. Not every engagement is the right answer, and I'd rather tell you that directly than commit to something that won't serve you.

2

Initial conversation

We schedule a 30-minute call to discuss what's going on, whether coaching or a group program makes sense, and what an engagement would look like.

3

Proposal & agreement

If there's a good fit, I'll put together a proposal that outlines the structure, cadence, and investment. No surprises.

We get started

First session is scheduled. The work begins.

Not every manager needs a coach. Some do.

The people who get the most out of this work tend to share a few characteristics: they're taking leadership seriously, they're willing to look honestly at what's not working, and they're motivated by something beyond checking a box.

  • You're in your first year (or first few years) as a manager and want to build real competency, not just survive
  • You're leading a team through a transition, new role, new company, new direct reports, and want support navigating it
  • You've been managing for a while and something feels off, sustainable but not quite right, and you want to understand why
  • You're an experienced leader working in a new context and want to build the same staying power you had before
  • You're responsible for developing a group of managers and want something substantive, not generic
